Mark Bouldin

Mark Bouldin, Area Vice President, Liquid Waste U.S.

Mr. Bouldin joined GFL in August of 2018 as Area Vice President of Liquid Waste US. In this
role Mr. Bouldin oversees the liquid waste business line in the United States as well as all hydrocarbon
manufacturing initiatives within the organization. He has worked in the fuel, lubricant and liquid waste
business for three decades. Prior to his current position, he worked for over four years at SK
Environmental, the largest used motor oil collector in the world, where he, as President of Kleen
Performance Products, oversaw all aspects of their liquid waste collections, their North American
refining, as well as all of their lubricants and fuel oil businesses. Prior to this, he was responsible for
Royal Dutch Shell’s Sulfur and Asphalt businesses in the Americas. Mr. Bouldin holds a Masters in
Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Brunswick, Germany and a PhD in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
